International House Brno is running another of its hugely successful Trainers’ Weekends in February 2020. Loraine Kennedy is following in the footsteps of Adrian Underhill and Andy Hockley in coming to Brno to take part in this fantastic event.
Whether it is new trainees on an intensive course or a group of experienced teachers at a school, one of the most difficult tasks facing a trainer or manager is keeping the group and individuals interested and on track - the magic of motivation.
If this is a challenge you face then we would like to invite you to attend a unique mini-course that is aimed specifically at people like yourself, Academic Managers and Teacher Trainers, and that focuses on motivation.
Held over one weekend in beautiful Brno, in the Czech Republic, there are practical sessions with the vastly qualified and inspirational teacher, trainer and coach Loraine Kennedy alongside experienced trainer and manager Dave Cleary. The sessions are aimed at helping you improve as a Teacher Trainer or ELT Manager and get better results for your trainees and teachers, whether this is in-house, on certified courses or somewhere in between.
The course runs on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd February 2020, with over 8 hours of practical input combined with the opportunity to test out the ideas presented and apply them to your own training or managing context.
Covered in the cost are all the materials along with your meals on Friday night and Saturday lunchtime. Hosted by ILC International House Brno, we have secured a special weekend discount at a local hotel 10 minutes walk from the city centre and course location.
